About Me
In 1993 my diet consisted of beer, cigarettes, ice cream, and pizza and my workouts were nothing more than lugging my bass guitar from show to show. During a visit to the Bahamas, my friend suggested that we try some yoga. I had no idea what to expect but I was hooked after that first experience.
Since then I've been exploring the most efficient ways of staying physically fit and keeping healthy. My explorations have led me to learn weight lifting, kettlebell training, boot camp training, marathon training, various types of yoga, and proper nutrition.
These days my diet consists of tofu, dark leafy green vegetables, and my workouts range from power yoga to power lifting.
