90 Days To a Better and Healthier You
On September 1, 2008 I made the decision to become as fit as I could possibly be. So I did some research and found an exercise and nutrition program with which to experiment. Although the system was good (exceptional, in fact) it was incomplete. After getting together with my friend (a coach and a former professional athlete) we found a way to accelerate my results by filling in the missing pieces. On day one, I weighed 150 pounds at about 12% body fat. I could be described as a sort of "skinny" fat person.
Day One 09-01-08
After applying the correct combination of Nutrition, Exercise, and Recovery I became a very healthy and lean "shredded" person at 142 pounds with a body fat percentage of about 8%.
Day 90 11-28-08
